Art can be therapeutic. Art takes on different forms and one of it is through abstract paintings. Anyone who wishes to display their emotions through painting can use abstracts. They can use the different colors to portray their feelings and the different strokes to portray the depth of that feeling. I can assure you that through this kind of workshop, it'll be a stress reliever for you.
